Born from the united efforts of local advocacy groups, KACESA serves as a strong district-wide platform for citizen-led change. Together, we’re building a more inclusive, transparent, and empowered Kamwenge.

Empowerment

We equip youth, women, and vulnerable groups with practical skills, resources, and mentorship to improve their livelihoods and promote self-reliance.

KACESA champions human rights, gender equality, and social inclusion, fostering a society where every individual is treated with dignity and fairness.

Citizen Voice and Action Advocacy

Citizen Voice and Action, is a World Vision model integrated across technical programs as a social accountability approach that aims to increase dialogue between the community and respective stakeholders to improve accountability from the administrative and political sections of government (both national and local) in order to improve the delivery of public services.

Relief & Rural Development Support

We provide humanitarian aid and long-term development initiatives aimed at improving living conditions in underserved rural areas.

Civic Education and Peacebuilding

KACESA promotes patriotism, tolerance, and peaceful conflict resolution by fostering dialogue, unity, and responsible citizenship.
